Ocean Springs property management cost & the MS Gulf Coast
Few Mississippi Gulf Coast managers publish prices. Of the 14 companies we track in Ocean Springs, Biloxi, Gulfport, Gautier and Pascagoula, only 2 post fees online, and both are in Biloxi. Their published management fees run 8%–12% of monthly rent, and placement-only service is about one month's rent. Two data points don't make a market norm, so treat these numbers as a starting point and ask each company for a written quote.

Why compare more than the percentage?
Many managers sell tiered plans: a lower monthly percentage often comes with a higher leasing fee, a setup fee or extra charges for inspections and renewals. An 8.5% plan can cost more per year than a 10% plan. Our calculator adds the pieces together so you can compare like for like.
Every company profile shows where each number came from, the rating and its source, and the date we last checked. When a company doesn't publish a fee, we say so. We don't guess. Read our data methods and disclaimer.
